Return Policy

  • At wearites, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return eligible items under the terms below.


    1. Eligibility


    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.


    Returns must be initiated within 90 days of receiving your order.


    Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


    2. Non-Returnable Items


    The following items cannot be returned:


    Final sale or clearance items


    Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel


    Customized or personalized products


    3. How to Return


    Contact our customer service team at support@wearites.com to request a return.


    Pack the item securely in its original packaging.


    Ship it back using a trackable method.


    4. Refunds


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.


    Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


    Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.


    Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


    5. Exchanges


    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
